What is a Gong Bath?
A gong bath is an immersive sound experience. It’s called a ‘bath’ because sound waves ‘wash’ over you as you relax and enjoy the melodic journey. The harmonics will effortlessly lull your mind into a meditative state, while the vibrations revitalise your body and help to release tension. By the end, you’ll feel supremely relaxed, calm and happy.
Participants lay down comfortably under a blanket, the gong is then gradually introduced and the vibrations of the gong/s are absorbed throughout the entire body, which can help shift stagnant energies. What are the benefits of a gong bath?
When something within us is out of tune it can cause dis-ease to arise in our bodies.
